Licensed Practitioner Nurse –

Position with the Eagle Point School District in Eagle Point, Oregon. The role supports the health, safety, and educational success of students. The LPN works under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide direct student health services, develop and implement student health plans, administer medications and treatments, and support medically fragile students across various school settings.

Collaborate closely with educators, families, and health care providers to ensure students safely participate in their educational programs and receive comprehensive care while at school.

• Provide direct nursing care to students during the school day.
• Implement student health plans and administer medications and treatments.
• Assist in the care of medically fragile students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and health professionals.
• Maintain accurate health records and maintain confidentiality.

• Current Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, or special‑needs populations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student advocacy.
• Flexibility to support students in a variety of school environments and activities.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to student health and wellness.

Hourly rate of $23.86 to $32.46, depending on prior approved experience, as per the current  Collective Bargaining Agreement (subject to change).
