As an Instructional Coach (TOSA) you will play a key role in increasing student success through the implementation of research‑based instructional practices. You will provide ongoing professional development, conduct classroom observations, offer feedback, and collaborate with staff to enhance teaching and learning. This position involves interpreting student data to guide curriculum and instruction, supporting school improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with staff, students, and the community while adhering to all district policies and legal requirements. A valid Oregon Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation are required. Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.

• Salary Range: $46,548 – $90,846 per year plus a Master’s Stipend of $2,327 (based on verified experience and Master’s credits)
