School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Eagle Point, Oregon

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid SLP license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to develop individualized plans
• Prepare and implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
