About the RoleSpeech Language Pathologist District Wide for
Evaluates, designs, and implements specialized instruction and services for students with communication disorders. Works closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other professionals to support student communication and language development.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide a continuum of services based on student needs.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams.
Offer consultation and training to staff and families.
QualificationsLicensed or highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist.
Hold an Oregon Board of Examiners Speech Pathology License or an Oregon Teaching License with a Speech Impairment Endorsement.
Organized, manages time effectively, and communicates clearly with staff, students, and families.
Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and ability to travel between sites.

Position InformationPosition Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Placement: District Wide – placement to be determined
Supervisor: Director of Teaching and Learning & Special Education
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: No less than $62,967 – $103,972 per year (depending upon verified experience and graduate level credits). Salary listed indicates current Collective Bargaining Agreement – subject to change.
Position will begin in August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
