Role Description

This full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role is based in Eagle Point, OR. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve daily living, work, and school-related skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, documenting progress, educating patients and families on therapeutic strategies, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role may involve working with a range of populations, including children and adults, in clinical, educational, or community-based settings.

The Occupational Therapist will also ensure compliance with professional standards, organizational policies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans.
  • Solid foundation in Medicine and clinical practice to support safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Experience or interest in Pediatrics for working with children in school or clinical environments.
  • Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon.
  • Completed accredited Occupational Therapy program; OT degree required.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a clinical setting.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development.
Compensation

$69.00 an hour ($2,760 a week).

For traveling candidates, up to $3,000 a week.
