Key Responsibilities• Medication Management & Documentation
• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR).
• Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed.
• Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room.
• Resident Care & Support
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director.
• Provide first aid and wound care when necessary and coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed.
Qualifications & Skills• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
