PARAMEDIC - Eagle River Medevac

Position Overview

The Paramedic is responsible for providing safe, comprehensive care to critically ill and/or injured patients of all ages in the pre‑hospital setting and during inter‑facility transports by applying the specialized principles and techniques of transport paramedic practice, emergency procedures, and diagnostics.

• Sign on bonus eligible

• Knowledge of emergency patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of an accredited Paramedic program.
• Preferred a minimum of 1 year (2080 hours) current field experience in 911 or ED.
• Active Paramedic license/certification in the State of Wisconsin and Michigan or will obtain dual license within 120 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Possesses a valid Driver's license in the state of residency.
• Current Paramedic National Registry license is preferred.
• Certified Emergency Vehicle Operations (CEVO) or Emergency Vehicle Operating Certification (EVOC) or training.
