Jaybird Senior Living in Wisconsin's Eagle River is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents according to individualized care plans. The Resident Assistant works under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator.
Certification as a Nurse's Aide is preferred but not required. You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, document progress, and ensure safety and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and community policies.
