Our staff receive a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, with productivity incentives, student‑loan repayment or sign‑on bonus up to $15,000, and benefits including generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401(K) with a 4% employer match.

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Provide one‑to‑one patient care
• Deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered treatment and education

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of WI)
