Irrigation Dispatch Coordinator
Ceres Landcare is seeking a motivated and organized Irrigation Dispatch Coordinator to join our Eagle, Colorado team. This role is essential to keeping our irrigation operations running smoothly, ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently, and providing excellent communication across teams and with clients. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and dispatch irrigation technicians to daily service calls and scheduled routes
- Manage and optimize schedules, routes, and workload distribution
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, field staff, and management
- Track work orders, service requests, and project updates using PC-based systems
- Support irrigation department operations with administrative and logistical tasks
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, scheduling changes, and customer updates
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-through
- Collaborate closely with irrigation managers and field teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Dispatch experience in a service-based or field-operations environment
- Scheduling and/or route management experience
- Strong PC skills, including comfort with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Irrigation knowledge or experience in landscaping/green industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to 20 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- This position is open to full-time or part-time candidates
