Position Overview

As a Branch Banker within PNC's Eagle Branch, you will be based in Eagle, CO.

Bilngual in Spanish preferred.

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by providing differentiated service and educating customers on financial options using technology and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment, and participating in branch daily operations for efficiency and accuracy.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Managing Risk – Assesses and manages all risks associated with business activities to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work Experience: 3+ years in a related role. Associates degree or equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salary may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible based on performance.
