Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Overview

Castle Peak, a senior living community in Eagle, CO, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Position Type:
Full‑Time or Part‑Time
12‑Hour Shifts Available:
Nights 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (Full‑Time or Part‑Time), Days 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (Full‑Time)

Location:

195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631
Wage Range: $30.60 – $37.00 per hour, depending on experience
Bonus: $5,000 for Part‑Time, $10,000 for Full‑Time

• Displays a courteous attitude and respects all residents, families, and staff
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident‑related care
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing per policy
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Alerts Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family of significant changes in a resident’s condition and follows up as needed
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during assigned shift
• Performs additional duties as required

• Current CO Nursing License
• Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team
