About the Position

Castle Peak, a senior living community in Eagle, CO, is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. Join our team where your skills, compassion, and commitment are truly valued.

Position Type:
Full‑Time or Part‑Time. 12‑Hour shifts available:
Nights 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Full‑Time or Part‑Time);
Days 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Full‑Time).

Wage Range: $38 – $50 per hour depending on experience. Shift Differential:
Monday‑Thursday Night $2;
Weekend Night $3. Bonus: $5,000 Part‑Time; $10,000 Full‑Time.

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident‑related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Performs additional duties as required.

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
