Join our team as a Sanitation Team Lead and help us create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your role will be vital in establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return time and again. You'll monitor established quality assurance standards while motivating associates to deliver excellent customer service.

• Monitoring and controlling supply expenses to meet the sanitation needs of the team and store.
• Maintaining inventory awareness and ensuring orderliness in the Cleaning Center, addressing any discrepancies.
• Practicing preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and notifying management about repair needs.
• Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Managing the scheduling of Clean Team associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Understanding the store layout to assist customers with product locations and price checks.
• Adhering strictly to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Reinforcing safety programs by abiding by procedures, identifying unsafe conditions, and informing management.
• Notifying management of any customer or employee accidents.
• Reporting safety issues or illegal activities, such as theft or fraud.
• Collaborating with team members to foster teamwork and align with organizational goals.
• Ensuring Clean Team associates remain current and compliant with company training standards.
• Supervising and coaching your direct reports, completing performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
• Adhering to all local, state, and federal laws along with company guidelines.
• Being capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience in a retail setting.
• Experience in sanitation or janitorial roles.
• Ability to communicate in a second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

Compensation: $30.80 per hour.
