As our lead sales associate in Eagle, you're the steady, friendly point person who keeps the store running smoothly and customers feeling taken care of. This role matters because most of our customer impressions are made right at the counter—and you help set the standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver fast, courteous service and handle register/cash control accurately
• Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting inside and out
• Stock, price, and rotate merchandise and supplies
• Support food safety and basic food prep/cooking standards
• Follow company policies, complete required paperwork, and help guide/train teammates

Required skills/qualifications:

• Strong customer focus and professionalism
• Solid math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead, coach, and use good judgment to prioritize
