Compensation
This role is salary based plus incentives and also receives reimbursement for using their vehicle.

- Provide day‑to‑day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
- Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
- Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory.
- Assist sales account managers with setting account‑specific objectives, managing follow‑up and tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required.
- Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.
