Position Overview

Personal Banker – Universal at PNC’s Eagle Branch, located in Eagle, CO. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. This role is based in‑office and focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel respected, valued, and can contribute to the company’s success.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Preferred skills: accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, selling, and understanding customer needs.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive‑eligible with compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
