Security Supervisor - Special Events

Schedule: Shifts vary and include evenings, weekends, and event-based hours

Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full‑Time Event Security Supervisor to assist with field operations at venues and special events throughout the Eagle area. The position works directly alongside event personnel and security teams to help maintain organized operations, support staff performance, and respond to changing event conditions in real time. This role is active and field‑based, requiring strong communication, quick decision‑making, and the ability to adapt during busy event environments.

Supervisors should be comfortable leading teams, coordinating assignments, and maintaining a professional presence throughout each event.

• Supervise event security personnel during assigned shifts and live events
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on venue layout, crowd movement, and operational needs
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings covering expectations, safety procedures, and post assignments
• Maintain communication with event organizers, venue representatives, and field staff
• Monitor officer performance and provide direction or support when needed
• Assist with resolving operational concerns, guest issues, or staffing adjustments during events
• Respond to incidents or developing situations using sound judgment and established procedures
• Ensure site guidelines, post orders, and company standards are being followed
• Document incidents, staffing activity, and important operational updates accurately
• Support a professional and customer‑focused environment at all assigned venues

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet company driving standards and maintain an acceptable driving record
• Previous experience leading, organizing, or supervising a team in any industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event‑driven schedules
• Dependable attendance and professional presentation
• Ability to remain organized in fast‑moving environments

• Clean driving history
• Background in event operations, hospitality, customer service, or security supervision
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, reporting tools, or shift coordination
• Experience working in large public venues or crowd‑management environments
