  • Manage installation of acoustical ceilings and related systems in commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, multifamily buildings, and resort properties.

  • Oversee projects valued at $1 million or more, ensuring work stays on budget and on schedule.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to guide layout, framing, drywall, and ceiling work.
  • Ensure proper use of power tools, hand tools, and measuring tools such as tape measures, and verify that work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, promote safe work practices, and ensure compliance with company and site‑specific safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to report progress, address challenges, and coordinate next steps.
  • Step in to perform hands‑on work when necessary during downtime or to support critical project milestones.
Essential Skills
  • 6–8 years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Proven experience overseeing projects valued at $1 million or more.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and leading crews of 20 or more people.
  • Strong background in metal framing, steel framing, and metal stud installation.
  • Hands‑on and supervisory experience with drywall installation and finishing.
  • Experience installing acoustical ceilings in commercial settings.
  • Commercial construction experience on projects such as hospitals, schools, multifamily properties, and ski or resort facilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
