Field Foreman – Erosion Control & Hydroseeding

Eagle County, Colorado. Preferably based in Mountain Regions but Front-range and Denver-metro acceptable
Compensation & Hours
: $42–$48/hour plus overtime and performance bonuses. Expected annual earnings of $90,000–$110,000+. This is a full-time, year-round position. This position guarantees a minimum of 32 paid hours per week year-round. Hours during peak season (typically April–November) regularly exceed this minimum, often reaching 45–50+ hours/week with overtime paid per Colorado law. During slower winter periods, guaranteed hours may include equipment maintenance, training, and project preparation.

Seeding the Rockies TM is seeking a hands-on Field Foreman to lead erosion control, revegetation, and hydroseeding crews throughout Colorado's Front Range and mountain communities. This is a working foreman position responsible for equipment operation, safety, quality control, and day-to-day project execution. We are looking for an individual with an owner-operator mindset who takes pride in delivering quality work and knows how to get the job done.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in Colorado's most scenic mountain and Front Range environments that deliver high-quality erosion control and revegetation projects.

- Operate 2–5-person field crews on erosion control and hydroseeding projects
- Operate hydroseeders, straw blowers, skid steers, track loaders, and related equipment
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and company leadership
- Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable
- Maintain equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and manage daily load-outs
- 3–5+ years of experience in erosion control, hydroseeding, excavation, landscaping construction, revegetation, or heavy civil construction
- Experience leading field crews and executing work independently
- Ability to read plans and site drawings at a basic level
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed
- Ability to lift 50–80 pounds and work in outdoor environments year-round
- OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, and CDOT TECS certifications preferred
- Eligible for overtime in accordance with Colorado and federal law
- Eligible for participation in the Company's Performance Bonus Program
- Performance bonuses may be tied to safety, production, profitability, equipment stewardship, and company performance
- Full-time, year-round position subject to weather and workload conditions
- Strong and active project pipeline but we provide financial security with a guaranteed minimum of 32 paid hours per week
- Early mornings, weekends, travel, and overtime may be required
