Are you a master plumber with a knack for pipe fitting? Are you constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate in the engineering industry? If you answered yes to both these questions, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Permanent Master Plumber/Pipefitter to join our dynamic engineering team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a challenging environment and has a passion for problem-solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and repairing piping systems in a variety of settings, ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Designing, installing, and maintaining piping systems in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand the requirements of each project.

Using a variety of tools and equipment to cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with precision.

Inspecting and testing installed pipe systems and pipelines to detect any faults or leaks.

Repairing or replacing damaged parts and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborating with the engineering team to plan and execute projects efficiently.

Training and mentoring less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and skills to foster a high-performing team.

Qualifications

A valid Master Plumber license.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and pipe fitting, preferably in the engineering industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of piping systems, including the ability to design, install, and repair various types of pipes and fittings.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

A commitment to safety, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.

Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to handle heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
