Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $25 to $60 per hour based on experience
About the Opportunity: A small, family owned residential HVAC company serving homeowners throughout the Vail Valley and surrounding Eagle County area is looking for a Residential HVAC Technician to join the team. We are open to different levels of HVAC experience, but hands on residential HVAC experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a dependable technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a close local team.

- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Reliable and dependable

- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Must currently live in the Vail Valley or Eagle County area
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform residential HVAC service, repairs and maintenance
- Assist with residential installations and equipment replacements
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete service calls safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
Experience:
Different levels of HVAC experience will be considered. Experienced residential HVAC technicians are preferred, but motivated candidates with strong mechanical skills are encouraged to apply. Entry level may be a possibility for the right candidate!
