We are looking for a Planning Associate who will also serve as the front‑desk point of contact — a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and occasional client interaction.

About the Role

The Planning Associate & Client Service Coordinator supports our advisors in preparing financial plans while also managing front‑desk responsibilities and answering incoming calls. This position is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, personable, and eager to grow within the financial planning profession.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist advisors with preparing financial plans and retirement projections
  • Gather and input client data into planning software and CRM systems
  • Prepare meeting materials and track follow‑up items
  • Conduct basic research on planning topics and investment products
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records

Client Service & Front Desk

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Handle mail, scanning, filing, and general office tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred
  • Experience in financial services, client service, or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a client‑first mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or planning software experience is helpful
