Patient Care Coordinator

Eagle Vision One is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is an exciting time to join us. As we continue to expand, we are opening our new Eye Health Center in October and our Star location in December, creating new opportunities for career growth and advancement within our organization.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience from check‑in to check‑out.
  • Answer a multi‑line phone system.
  • Schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits.
  • Process insurance billing and accurately post payments. Assist with additional administrative and front‑office responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Comfortable learning insurance processes and payment posting.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable and committed to providing exceptional service.

Previous experience with medical or vision insurance billing is a plus, but not required.

Applicants selected for an interview will complete an aptitude assessment.

Requirements
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
