Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)
Job Description:
The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
- Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
- Attaching and rebalancing wheels
- Installing, rebuilding, and/or relearning and calibrating TPMS
- Washing tires and wheels
- Testing and installing batteries
- Using and maintaining equipment
- Assisting other employees
- Test driving vehicles
- Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
- Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
LeSchwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the-job training.
Qualifications- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing
Salary: $16.50 - $26.45 per hour for full-time positions after eligibility criteria are met.
