A leading home builder is searching for a motivated Estimator & Job Cost Specialist to join the team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for budget preparation, project estimates, and job scheduling across various divisions. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in estimating or residential construction, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, and excellent negotiating and math skills.
Proficiency in computer-aided estimating software and Excel is preferred, along with a strong attention to detail.
