Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, positivity, and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked in healthcare, earned my MBA, and was later recruited by State Farm. That experience gave me a strong foundation in leadership and service, which shapes the way I run the office today.
Our office has a welcoming feel (my dog even comes to work!) so we keep things friendly and upbeat while still staying focused on results. We remain active in the community by participating in Chamber events, local parades, and town activities. Being present and involved locally is important to us.
For our team, we offer a gym membership, licensing paid up front, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We are only in the office Monday through Thursday, which helps create flexibility and focus. Family always comes first here, and we work hard to support and motivate one another.

Role DescriptionAs Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chelsea Stutzman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
