Library Guest Services Specialist

Position: Library Guest Services Specialist I
Note:

The hours for this position will be coverage for nights and weekends.

Under supervision from the Guest Services Manager, a Guest Services Specialist I creates positive and memorable guest experiences that reflect the library's mission (We provide lifelong education and build a stronger community) and vision (We provide a welcoming and forward-thinking place where all Eagle residents can have educational, enlightening, and enjoyable experiences). A Guest Services Specialist I assists with:

* Providing guest service, and

* Helping carry out classes and events.

Duties require limited analysis and work is governed by established practice and procedures. As a regular part of their responsibilities, the Guest Services Specialist I interacts frequently with members of the public at the Library and during events. As with all Eagle Public Library Staff members, guest service is the primary responsibility.
