Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start-to-finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with customers. You meet with clients to understand project needs, educate them on requirements, and craft a design concept reflecting their style, lifestyle, and budget.
Role requires 1+ year design or retail/sales experience; knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus, and proficiency in math and MS Office is expected.
