We’re seeking a creative, data‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to help families discover the best senior living, home health, and hospice options in their communities. You’ll own strategy and execution across Facebook & Instagram, partnering closely with our Google Ads Specialist to build a cohesive, high‑performance lead‑gen engine.
What You’ll Do- Build full‑funnel Meta campaigns across Facebook & Instagram (video, reels, carousel, lead forms).
- Customize campaigns for 200+ local markets, highlighting each community’s unique strengths.
- Ensure HIPAA‑compliant tracking using Pixel, CAPI, and secure tools like Post Hog.
- Map Meta lead data within the CRM to prove ROI and refine targeting.
- Collaborate with design on creative testing and continuous A/B experimentation.
- Develop advanced audiences, including lookalikes and retargeting funnels.
- Serve as the social counterpart to our Google Ads Specialist for unified messaging.
- 3+ years managing Meta lead‑gen campaigns.
- Experience managing $50K+ monthly budgets across multiple locations.
- Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, CAPI, CRM data flows, and privacy‑safe tracking.
- Detail‑oriented, empathetic communicator, and collaborative problem‑solver.
