Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per class

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and committed to providing a safe, fun, and engaging experience. The instructor will lead classes across age groups from parent-child to elementary school kids while ensuring the overall safety and well‑being of all children.

• Lead and instruct children’s gymnastics classes for age groups 4 months to 12 years.
• Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children during classes and activities.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and daily lessons.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized gym environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Promote The Little Gym’s programs and services to families and the community.

• Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of gymnastics and physical fitness principles (a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
