Responsibilities- Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed.
- Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s inbound leads.
- Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre‑approve, and close buyers.
- Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod.
- Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners.
- Deliver a best‑in‑class borrower experience from pre‑approval to closing.
