Lead the daily activities of the teller line and coach tellers on performance and service quality;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and guide clients to a Banker when appropriate;
Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial wellness tools;
Promote bank products and educate clients on access channels (ATM, Online and Telephone Banking);
Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs and ensure branch compliance with regulatory procedures
