Mental Health Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eagle,  a Mental Health Counselor. The role includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions for individuals and groups, offering relationship counseling, and assisting clients in managing mental health challenges. Additionally, the position involves case management, maintaining client records, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Strong understanding of Mental Health and Psychology concepts
• Experience in Relationship Counseling and addressing interpersonal dynamics
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Experience in mental health counseling or related services preferred
