Senior Clinical Research Associate - US - Oncology

About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will work with a diverse team across therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. Your core responsibility is to manage research activities at sites participating in our clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely data collection.

• Identify and recruit potential sites for research projects.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and manage remote site onboarding.
• Collect regulatory documents and support contract and budget negotiations.
• Train site staff on data collection procedures and safety event reporting.
• Monitor site performance during study maintenance and manage close‑out activities.
• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in CTMS, EDC, and other clinical systems.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing Degree required.
• Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Resident of Brazil with willingness to travel regionally.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Annual salary range: $97,000 – $193,000 (United States).
