Caregiver / In‑Home Care Aide Position

We are currently hiring a Caregiver / In‑Home Care Aide for Senior Helpers of Spokane. This role involves providing one‑on‑one personal care to seniors to help them remain safe and independent in their homes. The position requires a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and seeks professional growth within a company.

• Engage in meaningful conversations and build relationships with clients.
• Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies and activities.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support toileting and medication reminders.
• Report completed activities and updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.

• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current car insurance.

• $20–$24 per hour, dependent on experience, certification, or tenure.
• Differentials apply for weekends, holidays, or couple’s care.
