- Rehab focused setting that prioritizes patient care over productivity
- 1:1 patient care with no group therapy
- Team of 7 PTs & PTAs + RNs, MDs and PA staff
- 99% of patients are transferred from Acute Care...no medicaid patients...only private insurance or medicare
- Supportive and collaborative culture
- Schedule:
4/10s - Cross training and coverage in Acute Care and Inpatient Rehab available
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- $1,000/year for CEUs
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks

- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Idaho license or ability to obtain
