Occupational Therapist; OT

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in a full-time capacity.

We are looking to build a team of committed team players who want to practice at a high level.

We embrace a small company culture with the resources of a larger company encompassing many aspects of care including Hospice, Home Health, primary care, assisted living.

We empower clinicians to be true case managers we do not dictate treatment timelines and support them creating unique Plans of care with their patients.

• Anticipated annual visit-pay earnings of approximately $80,000 - $95,000

• Active OT license in good standing with the state of Idaho
• CPR certification (we will provide, if needed)
• Valid driver's license
