WhatYou Can Expect From This Role
Schedule: Variable schedule with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts each week. Eagle Urgent Care is open:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
This position offers variety in scheduling and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Room patients, obtain vital signs, collect health information, and prepare patients for evaluation and treatment.
- Support providers with patient care needs, including clinical procedures, treatments, medications, and diagnostic testing within scope of practice.
- Assist with drug screens and occupational health services.
- Manage patient flow and support efficient clinic operations in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting with clinical documentation, follow-up tasks, and care coordination.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
- Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
