Housekeeper – Resort Operations

Support general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Responsible for cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, as well as maintaining housekeeping detail standards. Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, make beds, replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and manage linens. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude focused on teamwork.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
