Role Overview

At Siren Song Wines we are in the business of delighting our guests. We achieve this through excellence in our products, our service, our guest interactions, and the overall experience we create for our guests. Hospitality Support team members are essential to that mission. This role supports the pace, cleanliness, and flow of service throughout the winery and is an entry point to our hospitality team.

While this is not a serving role, it directly impacts the guest experience and team effectiveness. Hospitality Support is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and understand that great service is built on strong fundamentals.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, kind, and polite manner
• Assist with guest flow, seating support, and overall comfort
• Manicure, bus, clean, and reset tables efficiently to support service pace
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all front- and back-of-house areas
• Wash, polish, and organize stemware, plates, and service items
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen support as needed
• Restock wine, food, and service supplies
• Assist with event setup, support, and breakdown
• Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures
• Attend required staff meetings

• Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed
• Sense of urgency and awareness during service
• Professional, respectful demeanor with guests and teammates
• Openness to learning and growth

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Permit
