Digital Marketing & CRM Manager

We’re seeking a strategic, detail‑driven Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to lead digital advertising and CRM performance across 200+ senior living, home health, and hospice locations. You’ll oversee both our Ads and CRM teams, ensuring campaigns are localized, compliant, and optimized — and that our Go High Level  CRM ecosystem drives measurable sales journeys for every partner we support.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Multi‑Location Ad Strategy:
    Oversee high‑budget Meta and Google Ads campaigns, customizing targeting and messaging for 200+ distinct markets.
  • Own CRM Leadership:
    Direct the CRM team responsible for Go High Level  architecture, ensuring full visibility of the customer journey from inquiry to admission.
  • Training & Adoption:
    Build training programs to increase platform usage and empower partners to manage leads effectively.
  • Manage HIPAA‑Compliant Tracking:
    Audit and maintain privacy‑safe tracking using Post Hog and related tools to ensure 100% HIPAA compliance.
  • Partner Success:
    Customize CRM workflows to meet partners’ operational needs and improve adoption and sales pipeline clarity.
  • Lead Two Departments:
    Manage both the Ads and CRM teams while fostering accountability, precision, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Analyze & Report Performance:
    Provide KPI reporting and ensure all digital content and technical setups remain modern, accurate, and effective.
  • Stay Adaptable:
    Pivot quickly as healthcare priorities, AI trends, and search algorithms evolve.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of digital marketing leadership, managing enterprise‑level budgets across Meta and Google.
  • Experience overseeing 200+ multi‑location accounts.
  • Deep expertise in Go High Level  architecture and end‑user training.
  • Proficiency in Post Hog or other HIPAA‑compliant tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and data‑privacy best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with design and web teams.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to lead multiple complex teams.
