Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning through successful delivery. You will act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with key stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, WBS, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and key performance indicators.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes effectively.
• Proactively resolve project roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
  , or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
  , preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
  .
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking
  .
• Strong project planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
