Progressive Insurance in Boise, , is seeking a claims adjuster trainee to learn the full claims process and work with customers over the phone in a hybrid setup. The role includes in-office days selected by local leadership and flexible days for home or office work during a 12-month training period.
During training you will be paid hourly with an annual salary target of $54,000–$57,500 after training, plus a Gainshare incentive up to 16% of eligible earnings.
