Yuramedia Link is currently seeking Japanese‑to‑English Freelance Translators to join our remote translation team.
We look forward to welcoming skilled translators to our growing team.
If you have experience translating subtitles, audiovisual content, or other Japanese-language materials into natural, high‑quality English, we'd love to hear from you.
When applying, please include the following:
- Your relevant translation experience
- Any previous subtitle or localization projects (if applicable)
- Your expected rate per minute for translation services
- Excellent Japanese-to-English translation skills. Experience with subtitle timing/synchronization is a plus.
- Prior experience in subtitle translation. Experience in fan translation or official localization projects is an advantage.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team, particularly in coordination with TLC and QC reviewers.
- Willing to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in subtitle editing software such as Aegisub or Subtitle Edit.
