A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its dynamic practice. This opportunity is open to attorneys ranging from newly barred to mid-level experience who are looking to grow within a collaborative and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, meaningful client interaction, and the ability to develop across multiple practice areas.

If you have litigation experience in civil litigation, real estate/property law, employment law, or business-this might be the right fit for you.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed and in good standing in Idaho

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortable handling litigation matters from early stages through resolution

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines

• Professional, client-focused demeanor

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience

• Performance-based bonus potential
