Attorney

We are a business law firm representing entrepreneurs, closely held companies, investors, and established businesses in matters including business transactions, estate planning, and mergers & acquisitions. Our firm combines sophisticated legal work with practical, business-focused counsel.

We are expanding and seeking a litigation & business law attorney to develop and lead our business litigation capability while also contributing in a complementary practice area aligned with business law.

This is a strong opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and the ability to build something within a well-supported and growing firm.

The Litigation Attorney will handle a range of commercial and business disputes, including:

• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Business torts
• Commercial collections and related matters
• Pre-litigation strategy and dispute resolution

Because our current litigation volume does not require a 100% litigation role, this position is intentionally designed to allow the attorney to develop and maintain a complementary practice area that supports and expands our business client base.

Complementary areas may include (but are not limited to):

• Real estate disputes and transactions
• Corporate governance advisory work
• Compliance and risk management
• Business succession and ownership disputes
• Other business-related specialties

We are open to structuring the role around the attorney’s strengths and long‑term goals.

• Manage commercial litigation matters from pre-suit through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive briefs
• Conduct depositions and court appearances
• Advise business clients on dispute avoidance and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with transactional attorneys to support clients proactively
• Participate in business development and client relationship growth
• Build and develop a complementary practice area
