Typical schedule of 25-35 hours per week
Monday-Friday workdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
No nights, weekends, or overnight shifts
Weekly pay and 100% of your client tips
$10 bonus for every client review rated 9 or 10

After your first week of training, your hourly rate is based on the number of hours you work each week. The more hours you work, the more you earn:

25 hours or fewer: $21 per hour
26-31 hours: $23 per hour
32 or more hours: $26 per hour

As our Residential House Cleaner, you'll travel throughout the Treasure Valley using your reliable vehicle to care for clients' homes. You'll follow Favorite Day Maid's proven cleaning system, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, refreshing kitchens and bathrooms, and adding the finishing touches that help each home feel clean and welcoming. Throughout the day, you'll stay active as you move from room to room, pay attention to details, work independently and alongside teammates when needed, and take pride in seeing the immediate results of your efforts.

You'll build trust with clients, care for homes as if they were your own, and finish each visit knowing you've made someone's day a little easier.

Who Should Apply:

18+ years old
Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to receive and implement feedback
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working around household pets
Bring a positive attitude, even on busy days
Have a reliable phone for schedules and work communication
Ability to perform physically active cleaning work
Willing to drive to clients' homes throughout our service area
Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but dependability, attitude, and willingness to follow our system are what matter most
