Wendy's - 65 Eagle River Drive - Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and delegate opening and closing responsibilities and procedures.;
Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members.;
Act as Cash Manager, including setting up cash registers at open, reconciling cash drawers, and verifying safe cash at open/close/shift changes.;
Organize, oversee and supervise shifts by executing the Daily Operations Plan when necessary.;
Assist management in maintaining proper crew coverage and labor management to meet customer service standards.
