This position involves various manual tasks including, but not limited to, the following: shoveling; sweeping; steam cleaning; painting; tire work; mechanical assistance; lifting, pushing and pulling various objects and raking. Willingness to learn equipment operation, such as a Skid steer or Backhoe. Work will be performed per the supervisor's instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.

• High School diploma or GED is preferred. Related Experience is a plus.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move any where up to 100 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Must be able to do hard work, and work in the heat. Able to run Compaction equipment, check grade. Be dependable.
